- ½ cup plain, organic yogurt (use DF yogurt if needed)
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 cups pre-packaged slaw
- 1 tbsp. green onions, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Add yogurt, mustard, hot sauce, vinegar, and a splash of water to a bowl and stir. Add slaw mix and green onions. Stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
